Michael Dayton is the Manager of Content Services of Consultwebs.com. As the head of our content team, Mike works with clients to develop compelling and key-word rich content for websites, satellite sites, blogs and press releases. He also oversees our clients’ Social Media campaigns. With all projects, Mike ensures the content will reflect the culture of our clients’ law firms and appeal to their potential clients.

An honors graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law and a member of the Law Journal, Mike is a licensed North Carolina attorney.
He previously served as the editor of North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, South Carolina Lawyers Weekly and Carolina Paralegal News. During his years as a legal journalist, he has written extensively on ethics issues and received numerous recognitions, including the North Carolina Media and the Law Award from the North Carolina Bar Association for excellence in legal reporting. He is the co-author of a history book, Capital Lawyers: A Legacy of Leadership, for the Wake County Bar Association.
He has served as a member of the North Carolina State Bar Publications Committee, the chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Communications Committee, and a member of the NCCU Law School Board of Visitors.
Mike resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. In his spare time, he enjoys long-distance cycling and has completed several international events, including Paris Brest Paris and London Edinburgh London. He is a former board member and vice-president of a 3,000 member national cycling organization, Randonneurs USA, and he also serves on the City of Raleigh Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Commission.
