Scranton, Pennsylvania, July 9, 2009 -- Attorney Marion Munley is participating as a speaker and program moderator of a seminar entitled "Selecting, Investigating, Evaluating and Settling Personal Injury Cases". This seminar is sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and will take place this month in Philadelphia during which Attorney Munley will present a PowerPoint regarding the investigation phase of personal injury cases.

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) is the continuing legal education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. PBI programs are taught by practicing lawyers, judges, and law professors who are widely recognized as the leading experts in their field, and who have proven their abilities as teachers, public speakers, and writers. Marion Munley is a frequent lecturer for Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Lorman Education Services and the Lackawanna Bar Association regarding topics including trucking litigation, auto law, and trial tactics and strategies.

A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Ms. Munley is Board Certified by the Association of Plaintiffs Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Among her other professional associations, she was appointed by Chief Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to serve on the Lawyers Advisory Committee to comment on proposed rules of the circuit and on certain Judicial Council matters and is a Certified Mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Munley currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
