Consultwebs.com Releases New Video on Law Firm Marketing Associations

Dale Tincher, CEO of Consultwebs.com, Inc., a leading law firm Web consulting company, says marketing groups can lead to increased revenues and referrals for participating attorneys.

Raleigh, North Carolina, June 5, 2009 -- The Raleigh, NC-based Web consulting firm of Consultwebs.com, Inc., has released a new video on the advantages of law firm marketing associations.

"Legal marketing associations give lawyers an opportunity to gather in a comfortable setting and share ideas on ways to increase their revenue and improve their practices," said Consultwebs President Lisa Vaughn.

"There are two main components to having success on the internet," Tincher says. "First, people must be able to find you. Second, your website must be compelling."

The video includes information on two nationally renowned legal marketing associations--PILMMA.org and AtlasLawyersGroup.

PILMMA, which stands for Personal Injury Lawyers Marketing and Management Association, was started by Ken Hardison, senior partner of Hardison & Associates and the founder of the Lawyers Inner Circle - Law Firm Marketing and Management Roundtable.

Atlas Lawyers Group was founded by attorney James Christopher Munley of Munley, Munley & Cartwright, P.C. in Pennsylvania.

"Some of our clients who are in similar practices areas and in non-competing cities have joined or started marketing groups and found them to be very beneficial," said Dale Tincher, CEO of Consultwebs.com. "They comment that they get so busy running practices and trying cases that they cannot find time to market and seek ideas. They attend marketing group conferences and come away re-energized with great new ideas."

Marketing association seminars typically include presentations by professional speakers and breakout sessions for more in-depth discussions. Those who attend the meetings usually come from different parts of the country and get together three to four times a year.

"I've been pleasantly surprised at how willingly experienced marketers share information with attorneys who have less marketing experience," Tincher said.

They often end up referring cases to each other, he said.
