Weston MedSurg Center is Charlotte, NC’s premier medically supervised weight
loss and wellness center. We’ve created weight loss packages targeted to a broad
range of individual need. Your initial visit, HNP, information, diary,
medication and return visit fees included in the monthly program pricing. Any
patient signing up for a minimum of 3 months will also receive a complimentary
stress 28 vitamin and mineral supplement monthly. Patients will receive one
complimentary hCG shot monthly with our 4 month package. Patients enrolling in
our 5 month program will receive a complimentary B12 injection each month and
all 6 month members will receive a complimentary Lip-B (fat burner) injection on
a monthly basis. Patients will also receive free maintenance and weight loss
counseling throughout the length of their Weston MedSurg weight loss program.
