as well as heard some of the most complex cases before the Commission. These
cases included asbestosis, chemical exposure, hearing loss and radiation
exposure cases. Jones is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Court for
the Eastern District of North Carolina and all State Courts. He is a member of
the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, North Carolina Bar Association,
North Carolina Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Council, North Carolina
State Bar, Wake County Bar Association and other professional organizations.
